Terms & Conditions for cbajhi Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cbajhi platform — including but not limited to the website, casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offerings, and payment facilities — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions, together with cbajhi's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete and binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and cbajhi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using cbajhi and, if applicable, close your account.

cbajhi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of cbajhi following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

cbajhi is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to and use of cbajhi is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement without exception.

cbajhi enforces age verification at the point of registration and again at first withdrawal. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use cbajhi:

• You are accessing cbajhi from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or officer of cbajhi or any affiliated company.
• You do not have an existing cbajhi account that has been suspended or permanently closed for any reason.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or self-identified as having, a gambling addiction at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

cbajhi reserves the right to decline registration or close any account where eligibility conditions are not met, without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of cbajhi services — including casino games, sports betting, and promotional offers — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your account details if any of the information you provided changes after registration.

cbajhi may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to verify your identity by submitting copies of government-issued identification documents such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. We may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. This verification process — commonly known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — is a standard industry practice and a mandatory requirement for processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

• Your account username and password are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• You must notify cbajhi support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• cbajhi will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication.
• Accounts must be registered with a valid, personally owned email address. Disposable or temporary email addresses are not permitted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cbajhi supports a range of Bangladeshi and international payment methods to facilitate fast and convenient deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are credited to your cbajhi account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Standard deposit processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within seconds; Rocket and Upay deposits within a few minutes; card deposits within up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing hours may experience minor delays.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000. Daily deposit limits may apply per payment method.

• cbajhi does not charge processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or mobile money provider are outside cbajhi's control.

• cbajhi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Deposits made for the sole purpose of immediate withdrawal without genuine gameplay activity may be flagged and investigated under cbajhi's anti-money laundering procedures.

All transactions on cbajhi are subject to cbajhi's anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention procedures. cbajhi reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any transaction that triggers an automated or manual compliance review. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious transaction behaviour will have their accounts permanently closed and may be reported to relevant financial authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

These specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet sizes during wagering, and expiry dates, are binding and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are for recreational players only. Players who systematically exploit promotional offers ("bonus abuse") will have their promotional privileges revoked.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or betting market, cbajhi's determination shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out below. • Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known ("late betting") are void regardless of the odds at which they were accepted.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the round or spin in question will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

8. Account Suspension & Closure

cbajhi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering or other financial crime; collusion, use of prohibited software, or any other form of unfair play; or any behaviour that cbajhi reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cbajhi will aim to complete the investigation within 15 business days and notify the player of the outcome. During the suspension period, the player's account balance will be held securely and access to withdrawals will be temporarily restricted.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting cbajhi support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

• Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms & Conditions violations will result in the forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the active exclusion period, regardless of the player's request.
• Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened. Former account holders who attempt to register a new account following permanent closure will be subject to immediate detection and further enforcement action.
• cbajhi is not liable for any losses arising from account suspension where the suspension was triggered by the player's own breach of these Terms & Conditions.
